ABOUT 

The United States Department of Defense Arctic Care Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program in partnership, with the Kodiak Area Native Association, will present “Arctic Care 2021”, a no-cost medical, dental, optometry and veterinary services program to the communities on Kodiak Island from May 5-13, 2021.  Arctic Care provides training opportunities to military units while providing incidental benefit to communities via no-cost healthcare.  The healthcare services will be tailored to the individual needs of each rural community.

McMillian, commander of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North, and key leaders from MARFORRES observe as Marines with Kilo Battery, 2nd Battalion, 14th Marine Regiment, set up a Fire Directional Center at Dugway Proving Grounds, Utah, March 30, 2018. Marines from Kilo Battery flew from Fort Campbell, Ky., to Dugway where they offloaded and fired four HIMARS missiles, demonstrating a unique capability that will give commanders more options to deal with threats when other options are not appropriate.
