A U.S. Marine presents a ceremonially-folded American flag to U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. David G. Bellon, commander of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North, during the funeral of Vincent Liberto Jr., in Mandeville, La., Sept. 27, 2019. Liberto was a Captain with the Mandeville Police Department and was shot and killed in the line-of-duty, Sept. 20, 2019. Liberto previously served 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve before being honorably discharged as a sergeant.
