ABOUT 

The United States Department of Defense Arctic Care Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program in partnership, with the Kodiak Area Native Association, will present “Arctic Care 2021”, a no-cost medical, dental, optometry and veterinary services program to the communities on Kodiak Island from May 5-13, 2021.  Arctic Care provides training opportunities to military units while providing incidental benefit to communities via no-cost healthcare.  The healthcare services will be tailored to the individual needs of each rural community.

Marine Forces South hosts Brazilian Marine Corps in New Orleans for 2022 Operational Naval Infantry Committee

U.S. Marines and Members of the Corpo de Fuzileiros Navais (Brazilian Marine Corps), take part in the annual Operational Naval Infantry Committee at the Marine Corps Support Facility in New Orleans Nov. 29, 2022. The ONIC is a key forum for leaders and planners from the two Marine Corps’ to discuss and reaffirm mutual security objectives and plan future security cooperation engagements.
