ABOUT

The United States Department of Defense Arctic Care Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program in partnership, with the Kodiak Area Native Association, will present “Arctic Care 2021”, a no-cost medical, dental, optometry and veterinary services program to the communities on Kodiak Island from May 5-13, 2021. Arctic Care provides training opportunities to military units while providing incidental benefit to communities via no-cost healthcare. The healthcare services will be tailored to the individual needs of each rural community.

Jordan Kline, a force reconnaissance platoon commander, provides air support for a tactical air control party during a close air support exercise at Camp Shelby, Mississippi, Dec. 4, 2024. Marines with 3rd Force Reconnaissance, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, conducted TACP CASEX to ensure unit readiness and combat capability.
