Integrated Training Exercise (ITX) 4-21

About

Marine Air Ground Task Force-25 (MAGTF-25) will execute Integrated Training Exercise (ITX) 4-21 at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) Twentynine Palms, Camp Wilson, CA from 19 July – 08 August 2021 in order to complete service level assessments of core Mission Essential Tasks (METs) while operating as a MAGTF. MAGTF-25 is designated as the command element, 3/25 and 2/23 as the ground combat elements, MAG-49 as the lead aviation combat element, and CLB-25 as lead logistics combat element.

ITX 5-19 is an essential component of the MARFORRES training and readiness cycle.  It serves as the principal exercise for assessing a unit's capabilities.

Civil affairs teams participate in Mission Readiness Exercise
Marines from 3rd Civil Affairs Group, Force Headquarters Group, Marine Forces Reserve, pose for a picture while participating in the Army’s 97th Civil Affairs Battalion Mission Readiness Exercise, March 28, 2015. The Marines worked with Perquimans and Bertie county managers to address the needs of the communities while building interoperability with the Army’s civil affairs groups. The training also helped Marines prepare for deployment, where they use their civil affairs skills to serve as liaisons and build a relationship between the military and host nation governments.
