From 31 July to 14 August, CLB 451 (-)(REIN) provides forward DS and GS logistics to JTF-85 IOT enable joint task force projection functions and conduct tactical sustainment to maximize maneuver element ability to execute area defense, offense and stability operations in support of the reestablishment of the legitimate border of Gorgas.

The slab was created in order for the combat engineers to construct a short term building. The Marines and Sailors of SPMAGTF-SC use the training opportunity of the CPX to both show their capabilities in a controlled environment and prepare for the upcoming mission.
