Armando Moreno, a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear specialist with Headquarters and Service Company, 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, walks toward a simulated weapons cache that includes sarin gas at the Army National Training Center Fort Irwin, California, July 12, 2014.
