ABOUT 

Gunslinger is a large military exercise conducted by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve’s 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, and the Kansas Air National Guard’s 134th Air Control Squadron of McConnell Air Force Base. More than 1,300 Marines from 11 home training centers across the country have deployed to multiple areas throughout Kansas to participate in Gunslinger 22.

Marine Corps' top enlisted leader discusses 'Protect What You've Earned' campaign
Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Ronald L. Green, addresses Marines of Marine Aircraft Group 49, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, New Orleans, Jan. 19, 2016. Sgt. Maj. Green discussed some of his experiences in the Marine Corps, explained how he arrived to the position he is in today, and urged the Marines to stand up and share their experiences in the Corps. Green also commended Marines for their hard work, encouraged them to protect what they’ve earned as a Marine, and emphasized the importance of upholding the standards of the Corps on and off duty.
