ABOUT 

Gunslinger is a large military exercise conducted by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve’s 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, and the Kansas Air National Guard’s 134th Air Control Squadron of McConnell Air Force Base. More than 1,300 Marines from 11 home training centers across the country have deployed to multiple areas throughout Kansas to participate in Gunslinger 22.

Marines Help College Students Plan Ahead During Career Readiness Day
Marines with the 6th Marine Corps Recruiting District, Recruiting Station Baton Rouge, speak to college students during a Career Readiness Day function at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Orleans, Feb. 19, 2016. The CRD took place in conjunction with the United Negro College Fund National Alumni and National Pre-Alumni Council Leadership Conference. The CRD provides college students with sessions, workshops and job offers with select organizations including the Marine Corps.
