ABOUT 

Gunslinger is a large military exercise conducted by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve’s 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, and the Kansas Air National Guard’s 134th Air Control Squadron of McConnell Air Force Base. More than 1,300 Marines from 11 home training centers across the country have deployed to multiple areas throughout Kansas to participate in Gunslinger 22.

Senior Leaders Leave Their Ranks at the Door
Senior leaders from across Marine Forces Reserve participate in a disclosure exercise during the Senior Leadership Workshop at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Jan. 23-26, 2017. The exercise has the Marines and Sailors share various aspects about themselves and their life, it demonstrates the diversity found among the Marines and Sailors participating. The workshop aims to emphasize the importance of open communication and equal opportunity, and to demonstrate their effects on unit cohesion, mission accomplishment and mission readiness.
