ABOUT 

Gunslinger is a large military exercise conducted by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve’s 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, and the Kansas Air National Guard’s 134th Air Control Squadron of McConnell Air Force Base. More than 1,300 Marines from 11 home training centers across the country have deployed to multiple areas throughout Kansas to participate in Gunslinger 22.

U.S. Marines with 1st Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division conduct a 12-kilometer timed movement during the annual Division Rifle Squad Competition on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, March 08, 2024. The DRSC is a 72-hour competition that fosters the warrior spirit through competition to determine the most combat-effective squad within the 4th MARDIV.
