ABOUT 

Gunslinger is a large military exercise conducted by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve’s 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, and the Kansas Air National Guard’s 134th Air Control Squadron of McConnell Air Force Base. More than 1,300 Marines from 11 home training centers across the country have deployed to multiple areas throughout Kansas to participate in Gunslinger 22.

Marines, celebrities battle Hurricane Sandy

Marine Sgt. Eduardo Rivera, a motor transport operator and Dover N.J. native prepares to unload much-needed donations in the form of diapers, canned foods, clothes and blankets at a relief distribution site in Toms River N.J., Nov. 3, 2012. Following Hurricane Sandy, Marines from 6th Motor Transport Battalion, 4th Marine Logistics Group, utilized their 7-ton trucks to move donated relief supplies to distribution points amongst the most heavily affected areas.
