ABOUT 

Mountain Warfare Training Exercise (MTX) 2022 sees 1st Battalion, 24th Marines (Reinforced) conducting Mountain Exercise 4-22 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Calif., in order to sustain individual warfighting  proficiency and improve, sustain, and evaluate company-level offensive and defensive tasks as well as battalion-level planning and command and control.

Habel becomes number 2 man of largest command in the Marine Corps

Habel to the position of executive director of MARFORRES and MARFORNORTH Dec. 3, during a ceremony at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans. Habel’s new duties as the executive director will include providing strategic leadership and management to MARFORRES and MARFORNORTH and ensuring efficient management of resources in order to optimize operational capability.
