ABOUT 

Mountain Warfare Training Exercise (MTX) 2022 sees 1st Battalion, 24th Marines (Reinforced) conducting Mountain Exercise 4-22 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Calif., in order to sustain individual warfighting  proficiency and improve, sustain, and evaluate company-level offensive and defensive tasks as well as battalion-level planning and command and control.

Cpl. Jesus Godiez of 4th Medical Battalion, 4th Marine Logistics Group, Marine Forces Reserve, helps a local child empty an ice hole he helped dig April 17. Godiez and other service members participating in Innovative Readiness Training Arctic Care 2013 were invited to ice fish after working hours.
