Hundreds watch and listen as Chief Warrant Officer 2 Bryan Sherlock, Marine Forces Reserve Band New Orleans officer-in-charge, conducts at the Great Lawn in New Orleans City Park, during the “Swing in the Oaks,” Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra and MFR Band New Orleans concert, April 25.
