ABOUT 

Mountain Warfare Training Exercise (MTX) 2022 sees 1st Battalion, 24th Marines (Reinforced) conducting Mountain Exercise 4-22 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Calif., in order to sustain individual warfighting  proficiency and improve, sustain, and evaluate company-level offensive and defensive tasks as well as battalion-level planning and command and control.

Veterans Honored in Baton Rouge

Lt. Gen. Richard P. Mills, (far right), commander of Marine Forces Reserve, stands with his wife, Patricia, and Gil and Donna Lerma, members of the City Club of Baton Rouge, following a Veterans Day program held at the club in downtown Baton Rouge, La., Nov. 11, 2014. Local veterans attended the event as Mills thanked them for their service and expressed gratitude to the local community for their continued support of the armed forces.
