ABOUT 

Mountain Warfare Training Exercise (MTX) 2022 sees 1st Battalion, 24th Marines (Reinforced) conducting Mountain Exercise 4-22 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Calif., in order to sustain individual warfighting  proficiency and improve, sustain, and evaluate company-level offensive and defensive tasks as well as battalion-level planning and command and control.

President Barack Obama is assisted by Lt. Gen. Richard P. Mills, commander of Marine Forces Reserve, and other Marines, to sort toys during a Toys for Tots event at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Dec. 10, 2014. The Toys for Tots drive is a program developed by Marine Forces Reserve to provide needy children with toys for Christmas.
