ABOUT 

Mountain Warfare Training Exercise (MTX) 2022 sees 1st Battalion, 24th Marines (Reinforced) conducting Mountain Exercise 4-22 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Calif., in order to sustain individual warfighting  proficiency and improve, sustain, and evaluate company-level offensive and defensive tasks as well as battalion-level planning and command and control.

Master Chief of Religious Program Specialists visits Sailors for RP birthday celebration
Master Chief Petty Officer Dino Medler, the 13th senior enlisted leader for the religious program specialist rating, addresses chaplains and religious program specialists Jan. 14, 2014, at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans. Medler visited with Sailors at Marine Forces Reserve and Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans to celebrate the 36th anniversary of the creation of the religious program specialist rating, which was created Jan. 15, 1979. The religious program specialists at Marine Forces Reserve provide support to Navy chaplains in developing programs to meet the needs of Sailors and Marines throughout the Reserve Force.
