ABOUT 

Mountain Warfare Training Exercise (MTX) 2022 sees 1st Battalion, 24th Marines (Reinforced) conducting Mountain Exercise 4-22 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Calif., in order to sustain individual warfighting  proficiency and improve, sustain, and evaluate company-level offensive and defensive tasks as well as battalion-level planning and command and control.

Marine Forces Reserve color guard marches in front of Marine Corps Band New Orleans with the Legion of Mars group during the Krewe of Alla Mardi Gras parade in New Orleans, Feb. 8, 2015. The Legion of Mars is the parading arm of a non-profit organization incorporated by veterans who served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
