ABOUT 

Mountain Warfare Training Exercise (MTX) 2022 sees 1st Battalion, 24th Marines (Reinforced) conducting Mountain Exercise 4-22 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Calif., in order to sustain individual warfighting  proficiency and improve, sustain, and evaluate company-level offensive and defensive tasks as well as battalion-level planning and command and control.

Sergeant Maj. Kasal becomes top enlisted leader for I MEF
Sergeant Maj. Bradley Kasal, 4th Marine Division sergeant major, shakes hands with his fellow Marines and coworkers during a relief and appointment ceremony at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Feb. 26, 2015. The ceremony signified the end of his tour as the 4th MarDiv sergeant major. Marines bid farewell to Kasal as he prepares to assume his new post as the I Marine Expeditionary Force sergeant major and welcomed Sergeant Maj. Daniel Fliegel as the new sergeant major of 4th MarDiv.
