ABOUT 

Mountain Warfare Training Exercise (MTX) 2022 sees 1st Battalion, 24th Marines (Reinforced) conducting Mountain Exercise 4-22 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Calif., in order to sustain individual warfighting  proficiency and improve, sustain, and evaluate company-level offensive and defensive tasks as well as battalion-level planning and command and control.

The New England Patriots cheerleaders hold the Marine Corps Reserve Centennial banner before the start of the game against the Seattle Seahawks at Gillette Stadium, Nov. 13, 2016. Marine Corps Band New Orleans performed a Centennial themed concert at halftime of the game as part of the commemoration of 100 years of the Marine Corps Reserve. Reserve Marines have served alongside their active duty counterparts in every clime and place for 100 years, leaving an indelible mark on the battle history of the Marine Corps.
