ABOUT 

Mountain Warfare Training Exercise (MTX) 2022 sees 1st Battalion, 24th Marines (Reinforced) conducting Mountain Exercise 4-22 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Calif., in order to sustain individual warfighting  proficiency and improve, sustain, and evaluate company-level offensive and defensive tasks as well as battalion-level planning and command and control.

A Marine Corps veteran, Bryson was awarded the medal for rescuing a man from a burning vehicle in 2014 while serving as a motor transport operator for Headquarters and Support Battalion, School of Infantry East, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
