Mountain Warfare Training Exercise (MTX) 2022 sees 1st Battalion, 24th Marines (Reinforced) conducting Mountain Exercise 4-22 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Calif., in order to sustain individual warfighting proficiency and improve, sustain, and evaluate company-level offensive and defensive tasks as well as battalion-level planning and command and control.

Lance Cpl. Trevor J. Poole, an optics technician with Combat Logistics Battalion 453, 4th Marine Logistics Group, uses a biometric fingerprint scanner made by Reserve Marines at an innovation cell located within their Home Training Center in San Jose, Calif., Feb. 09, 2019.
