ABOUT 

Mountain Warfare Training Exercise (MTX) 2022 sees 1st Battalion, 24th Marines (Reinforced) conducting Mountain Exercise 4-22 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Calif., in order to sustain individual warfighting  proficiency and improve, sustain, and evaluate company-level offensive and defensive tasks as well as battalion-level planning and command and control.

MARFORRES Marines Participate in Close Air Support Exercise

JFOs help integrate both air-to-surface fire and surface-to-surface fire by providing six to ten-digit grid coordinates to Joint Terminal Attack Controllers.
