ABOUT

Mountain Warfare Training Exercise (MTX) 2022 sees 1st Battalion, 24th Marines (Reinforced) conducting Mountain Exercise 4-22 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Calif., in order to sustain individual warfighting proficiency and improve, sustain, and evaluate company-level offensive and defensive tasks as well as battalion-level planning and command and control.

He is credited with saving hundreds of Marines who were critically wounded in battle and the recipient of three Silver Stars, three Distinguished Flying Crosses, one Bronze Star, one Meritorious Service Medal and 55 Air Medals.
