ABOUT

Mountain Warfare Training Exercise (MTX) 2022 sees 1st Battalion, 24th Marines (Reinforced) conducting Mountain Exercise 4-22 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Calif., in order to sustain individual warfighting proficiency and improve, sustain, and evaluate company-level offensive and defensive tasks as well as battalion-level planning and command and control.

Banweg is a member of 4th Civil Affairs Group, a Marine Forces Reserve unit headquartered in Washington, D.C. A career reserve Marine, Banweg perated with his team here from November 2009 to May 2010, spearheading key infrastructure development projects.
