ABOUT 

Mountain Warfare Training Exercise (MTX) 2022 sees 1st Battalion, 24th Marines (Reinforced) conducting Mountain Exercise 4-22 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Calif., in order to sustain individual warfighting  proficiency and improve, sustain, and evaluate company-level offensive and defensive tasks as well as battalion-level planning and command and control.

Marine gunny walks in Fashion Week NYC show

Gunnery Sgt. Stephanie Borges, a Rock Island, Ill., native, sits for a hair stylist before the "Strut: the fashionable mom" fashion show during Fashion Week NYC, Sept. 10. Borges is the aviation supply chief for Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 49 and is the mother of four. The show featured ladies who are both business leaders and mothers.
