"Integrated Training Exercise (ITX) is a service level training exercise (SLTE) and the annual capstone Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) training event for Marine Forces Reserve (MFR).  ITX provides the premier live-fire combined arms training venue to assess readiness of designated units in support of Strategic Reserve Mobilization Requirements."

U.S. Marines assigned to Marine Air Ground Task Force 25, conduct Integrated Training Exercise 4-23 at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California, June 5 through June 26, 2023. As the Marine Corps Reserve’s premier annual training event, ITX provides opportunities to mobilize geographically dispersed forces for a deployment; increase combat readiness and lethality; and exercise MAGTF command and control of battalions and squadrons across the full spectrum of warfare. Shock Trauma Platoon Trains in the Desert
Corpsmen with Shock Trauma Platoon, 4th Medical Battalion, 4th Marine Logistics Group, Marine Forces Reserve, exit the area of an Army UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter with the New Mexico Army National Guard during a realistic casualty scenario as part of Integrated Training Exercise 4-14 here, June 9, 2014. The Shock Trauma Platoon's objective is to recieve all casualties within Marine Air-Ground Task Force 23 and evaluate their injuries for the Forward Resuscitative Surgical Suite where the decision is made to move the patient to a higher echelon of medical care.
