Jon Mendes for his distinguished service in the Marine Corps during the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Centennial celebration at Times Square, Aug. 29, 2016. For 100 years, the Marine Corps Reserve has answered the call, serving as our nation’s crisis response force and expeditionary force in readiness.
