ABOUT 

Exercise Intrepid Maven is a U.S. Marine Corps Forces Central Command conceptualized and implemented exercise series designed in late 2021, with the first iteration having occurred in Jordan in March 2022. The series, to include IM 23.2, is designed to strengthen partnerships, produce training opportunities, contribute to interoperability and improve conditions for regional security.

Marine Color Guard at the 2016 World Series
Marines from 3rd Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, participated in a Color Guard ceremony at game one of the 2016 World Series at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Oct. 25, 2016. Sgt. Christopher Sprouse, the data chief for 3/25, holds the American flag in anticipation for stepping out in front of a stadium holding over 30,000 spectators. Just before the ceremony, announcer Bob Tyek gave credit to the Marine Corps Reserve and its 100 years of faithful service. Today, approximately 500 Reserve Marines are providing fully integrate global operational support to the Fleet and Combatant Commanders.
