ABOUT 

Exercise Intrepid Maven is a U.S. Marine Corps Forces Central Command conceptualized and implemented exercise series designed in late 2021, with the first iteration having occurred in Jordan in March 2022. The series, to include IM 23.2, is designed to strengthen partnerships, produce training opportunities, contribute to interoperability and improve conditions for regional security.

Chief Warrant Officer 3 Michael J. Smith, band officer of Marine Corps Band New Orleans, and other members of the band salute the flag throughout the playing of the National Anthem during the New England Patriots game against the Seattle Seahawks at Gillette Stadium, Nov. 13, 2016. The band performed a Centennial themed concert at halftime of the game as part of the commemoration of 100 years of the Marine Corps Reserve. Reserve Marines have served alongside their active duty counterparts in every clime and place for 100 years, leaving an indelible mark on the battle history of the Marine Corps.
