ABOUT 

Exercise Intrepid Maven is a U.S. Marine Corps Forces Central Command conceptualized and implemented exercise series designed in late 2021, with the first iteration having occurred in Jordan in March 2022. The series, to include IM 23.2, is designed to strengthen partnerships, produce training opportunities, contribute to interoperability and improve conditions for regional security.

Senior leaders from across Marine Forces Reserve successfully untangle themselves from a human knot while participating in an exercise at Senior Leadership Workshop aboard Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Jan. 23-26, 2017. The Marines and Sailors participated in multiple exercises and discussions that address differences in leadership styles, perspectives, experiences, backgrounds and more. The workshop aims to emphasize the importance of open communication and equal opportunity, and to demonstrate their effects on unit cohesion, mission accomplishment and mission readiness.
