MARFORRES hosts Operational Stress Control and Readiness train-the-trainer course
Marines and sailors from Reserve stations across the country attend the Operational Stress Control and Readiness train-the-trainer course, March 12-16, 2018, at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans. The OSCAR course gives Marines and sailors training on how to identify, support and advise service members with stress reactions, acting as sensors for the commander by noticing small changes in behavior and taking action early.
