ABOUT 

Exercise Intrepid Maven is a U.S. Marine Corps Forces Central Command conceptualized and implemented exercise series designed in late 2021, with the first iteration having occurred in Jordan in March 2022. The series, to include IM 23.2, is designed to strengthen partnerships, produce training opportunities, contribute to interoperability and improve conditions for regional security.

Steven Kelly, survival instructor with 29th Commando Regiment, Artillery Battery, teaches Marines with 4th Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company, Force Headquarters Group, necessary survival procedures should they be stuck in the wilderness for an extended time, in Durness, Scotland, April 26, 2018. 4th ANGLICO is in Scotland to take part in Joint Warrior 18-1, an exercise that furthers their readiness and effectiveness in combined arms integration, small unit tactics and land navigation. This training aims at improving their capabilities and combat effectiveness and ensures they're ready to fight tonight.
