ABOUT 

Exercise Intrepid Maven is a U.S. Marine Corps Forces Central Command conceptualized and implemented exercise series designed in late 2021, with the first iteration having occurred in Jordan in March 2022. The series, to include IM 23.2, is designed to strengthen partnerships, produce training opportunities, contribute to interoperability and improve conditions for regional security.

Pittsburgh native awarded Reservist of the Year
Commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. James F. Amos, and Sgt. Maj. of the Marine Corps Micheal P. Barrett, made a visit to Lejeune Field at Marine Corps Base Quantico, for the Enlisted Awards Parade, a yearly awards ceremony, on Sept. 26. Of the 39,000 Reserve Marines, Sgt. Dante Capane was chosen to receive the Reservist of the Year Award by the Marine Corps League.
