ABOUT 

Exercise Intrepid Maven is a U.S. Marine Corps Forces Central Command conceptualized and implemented exercise series designed in late 2021, with the first iteration having occurred in Jordan in March 2022. The series, to include IM 23.2, is designed to strengthen partnerships, produce training opportunities, contribute to interoperability and improve conditions for regional security.

Marines Honor Former Commandant with Wreath Laying
U.S. Marine Corps Col. Joseph Katz, chief of staff, Marine Forces Reserve, right, and retired Lt. Col. Robert H. Barrow, cut a cake for the Marine Corps Birthday after of a wreath laying ceremony for Barrow’s father Gen. Robert Barrow, the 27th Commandant of the Marine Corps in St. Francisville, L.A., Nov. 10, 2024. Barrow was the first Marine Corps commandant to be buried at his hometown and not in Arlington National Cemetery.
