ABOUT 

Exercise Intrepid Maven is a U.S. Marine Corps Forces Central Command conceptualized and implemented exercise series designed in late 2021, with the first iteration having occurred in Jordan in March 2022. The series, to include IM 23.2, is designed to strengthen partnerships, produce training opportunities, contribute to interoperability and improve conditions for regional security.

A detail of Det. 1 Marines stand ready to perform a 21-gun salute at the close of the First Annual Iwo Jima Memorial Service at the Indiana War Memorial Museum Feb. 23. Detachment 1, Communications Company, Headquarters and Service Battalion, 4th Marine Logistics Group invited more than a dozen Iwo Jima Marine veterans from across Indiana to the event to honor their service on Iwo Jima.
