ABOUT 

"Marines from 2nd Battalion 23d Marine Regiment will conduct mountain training exercises aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport allowing Marines to sustain warfighting functions while participating in realistic combat training in a mountainous environment. The purpose of MTX is to facilitate increased readiness and to challenge units’ ability to plan and perform."

Col. Gregory Lemons, the commanding officer of Combat Logistics Regiment 45 talks with all the Marines participating in the training during his visit to the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center where Marines worked in the Enhanced Equipment Allowance Pool, Dec. 8-21, 2013. This annual training allowed 4th MLG Marines to augment Exercise Support Division’s mission to repair equipment aboard the base.
