ABOUT 

"Marines from 2nd Battalion 23d Marine Regiment will conduct mountain training exercises aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport allowing Marines to sustain warfighting functions while participating in realistic combat training in a mountainous environment. The purpose of MTX is to facilitate increased readiness and to challenge units’ ability to plan and perform."

Lance Corporal Leadership Ethics Seminar Training

Brown, Marine Corps University Enlisted Professional Military Education Adviser, explains the principles of the newly implemented Lance Corporal Leadership and Ethics Seminar in the Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans auditorium, Aug. 27, 2014. The train-the-trainer course was designed to inform senior enlisted advisors on the new Lance Corporal Leadership Ethics Seminar implemented throughout the Marine Corps. The seminar was implemented to assist lance corporals of the resources available to them, as well as motivate them to succeed and strive for the next rank.
