ABOUT 

"Marines from 2nd Battalion 23d Marine Regiment will conduct mountain training exercises aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport allowing Marines to sustain warfighting functions while participating in realistic combat training in a mountainous environment. The purpose of MTX is to facilitate increased readiness and to challenge units’ ability to plan and perform."

Brown, Marine Corps University Enlisted Professional Military Education Adviser, explains the principles of the newly implemented Lance Corporal Leadership and Ethics Seminar in the Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans auditorium, Aug. 27, 2014. Both “Leading Marines” and the seminar are required in order to be promoted to corporal, effective Oct. 1, 2015.
