ABOUT 

"Marines from 2nd Battalion 23d Marine Regiment will conduct mountain training exercises aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport allowing Marines to sustain warfighting functions while participating in realistic combat training in a mountainous environment. The purpose of MTX is to facilitate increased readiness and to challenge units’ ability to plan and perform."

Annual Training for Religious Ministry Teams

Mills, commander of Marine Forces Reserve, welcomes religious ministry personnel to the MARFORRES four-day annual training for religious ministry teams aboard Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans, Feb. 3, 2015. During the training, attendees focus on adapting their work to the Marine Corps way of life and increasing their individual operational readiness.
