ABOUT 

"Marines from 2nd Battalion 23d Marine Regiment will conduct mountain training exercises aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport allowing Marines to sustain warfighting functions while participating in realistic combat training in a mountainous environment. The purpose of MTX is to facilitate increased readiness and to challenge units’ ability to plan and perform."

Corporal Samuel Rivas, a musician from Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, joined members of Marine Corps Band New Orleans to provide Master music classes to students attending the Conservatorio de Musica de Puerto Rico in San Juan on Oct. 18, 2016.
