ABOUT 

"Marines from 2nd Battalion 23d Marine Regiment will conduct mountain training exercises aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport allowing Marines to sustain warfighting functions while participating in realistic combat training in a mountainous environment. The purpose of MTX is to facilitate increased readiness and to challenge units’ ability to plan and perform."

"Santa Meets Sousa" holiday concert

The performance was the third in the regional concert series that served to benefit the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program. Toys for Tots is a nationwide program that collects new, unwrapped toys for less-fortunate children in the community. Since its inception in 1947, Toys for Tots has distributed 512 million toys to 237 million children.
