ABOUT 

"Marines from 2nd Battalion 23d Marine Regiment will conduct mountain training exercises aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport allowing Marines to sustain warfighting functions while participating in realistic combat training in a mountainous environment. The purpose of MTX is to facilitate increased readiness and to challenge units’ ability to plan and perform."

HEMPSTEAD, Texas – Two High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles provide communication capabilities between a forward deployed convoy on a resupply mission in support of the Red Cross and the command element for Marines with 14th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, at a joint command operations center liaison in Hempstead, Texas, Sept. 2, 2017.
