ABOUT 

"Marines from 2nd Battalion 23d Marine Regiment will conduct mountain training exercises aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport allowing Marines to sustain warfighting functions while participating in realistic combat training in a mountainous environment. The purpose of MTX is to facilitate increased readiness and to challenge units’ ability to plan and perform."

MWSS-473 FARP operations in wake of Hurricane Irma
Marines from Marine Wing Support Squadron 473, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Forces Reserve, stand by their forward arming and refueling point on a runway at The Florida Keys Marathon International Airport, at Marathon, Fla.
