ABOUT 

"Marines from 2nd Battalion 23d Marine Regiment will conduct mountain training exercises aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport allowing Marines to sustain warfighting functions while participating in realistic combat training in a mountainous environment. The purpose of MTX is to facilitate increased readiness and to challenge units’ ability to plan and perform."

Approximately 500 Active, Reserve and retired Marines within the logistics community attend the Marine Corps Association and Foundation's 14th annual Ground Logistics Awards Dinner at the Crystal Gateway Marriott, Arlington, Virginia, March 22, 2018. Marine Wing Support Squadron 473 was given the Marine Corps Logistics Organization/Team of the Year for a large unit award in part for their hurricane relief efforts and their aide efforts when Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 452 crashed in Mississippi.
