"Marines from 2nd Battalion 23d Marine Regiment will conduct mountain training exercises aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport allowing Marines to sustain warfighting functions while participating in realistic combat training in a mountainous environment. The purpose of MTX is to facilitate increased readiness and to challenge units’ ability to plan and perform."

4th Law Enforcement Battalion Marches in Blue Goose Parade
Reserve Marines assigned to Detachment Support Company, 4th Law Enforcement Battalion participated in the annual Blue Goose Parade on Saturday, June 3. The Blue Goose Parade is the culminating event of a three-day spring celebration between the cities of Wahpeton, North Dakota and Breckenridge, Minnesota. Detachment Support Company, based in Wahpeton, provided the Parade’s color guard, as well as two tactical vehicles, and walked the length of the parade route before staging their tactical vehicles at the Chahinkapa Zoo. The Marines handed out candy, stickers, pens, and posters to the crowd lining the parade route. From left to right: Cpl Peterson, LCpl Bugbee, LCpl Lentsch, LCpl Pringle. 4th Law Enforcement Battalion (4th LEB), a subordinate unit of Force Headquarters Group (FHG), is a reserve Marine Corps military police battalion. Headquartered in St. Paul, the Battalion’s subordinate units are located in numerous other locations across the United States.
