ABOUT 

"Marines from 2nd Battalion 23d Marine Regiment will conduct mountain training exercises aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport allowing Marines to sustain warfighting functions while participating in realistic combat training in a mountainous environment. The purpose of MTX is to facilitate increased readiness and to challenge units’ ability to plan and perform."

Marines with H&S Company, 2nd Battalion, 23rd Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, conducted this range to increase accuracy and efficiency in motorized fire in preparation for their upcoming deployment to Okinawa, Japan, in support of the Marine Corps’ Unit Deployment Program.
