ABOUT 

"Marines from 2nd Battalion 23d Marine Regiment will conduct mountain training exercises aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport allowing Marines to sustain warfighting functions while participating in realistic combat training in a mountainous environment. The purpose of MTX is to facilitate increased readiness and to challenge units’ ability to plan and perform."

Bryant, maintenance management specialist, MarForRes, stand at the exit with the Toys for Tots drop-off box at the Toys R Us in Metairie, La. Nov. 4. They are two of the 35 Marines who volunteered Nov. 3-4 to help kick off the local Toys for Tots program for the 2012 holiday season.
