ABOUT

Arctic Edge 25 is a Joint Chiefs of Staff designated joint and combined field training exercise oriented on homeland defense in the Alaska/Arctic region. This exercise provides an opportunity to highlight cross command coordination in the Alaskan theater of operations for homeland defense.

U.S. Marines with 2nd Battalion, 14th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, participate in ARCTIC EDGE 2025 (AE25) Alaska, Aug. 8-24th, 2025. Specialized Arctic training generates valuable lessons learned for warfighters and enablers ensuring they can execute their assigned missions in any environment. AE25 is a NORAD and U.S. Northern Command-led homeland defense exercise designed to improve readiness, demonstrate capabilities and enhance Joint and Allied Force interoperability in the Arctic. Tropic Care 2014

Army Brigadier General Daniel Dire, commanding general for 3rd Medical Command Deployment Support (Middle), tours the Kauai Community College site during Innovative Readiness Training exercise Tropic Care 2014 at Kauai, Hawaii. Each the three main sites and the mobile site provide care to potential patients that can be seen for medical, dental and optometry care provided by the Department of Defense at no cost to the public, providing simultaneous military training for medical personnel. TC14 also allows service members from each branch to combine their expertise in a joint-training environment.
